1. Marinated beef with green beans

Green string beans (can be frozen) -100 gr.
Carrot-50 g.
Beef or veal-150 gr.
Soy sauce 20-30 gr.
Garlic-5 g.
Fresh ginger-10 gr.
Honey-5 gr. If you are on a very strict diet, exclude honey.
Olive oil 5 gr.

Prepare the meat. Finely chop the meat, thin the longitudinal parts, add crushed or finely chopped garlic, grated ginger (or in powder), add honey and soy sauce. Stir everything and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Boil for five minutes a string bean and add the same carrots cut into long strips and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Drain the water. It should look like the photo

Preheat the wok or deep frying pan, and start to fry the pickled meat. It will give a little juice, and you will get a small meat carcass. Stew until most of the liquid evaporates.
Add the boiled vegetables to the meat and mix everything!

2. Light salad with grain cottage cheese

Your favorite vegetables are 150-200 g (tomatoes, onions, cucumber, avocado, lettuce, etc.)
grain cottage cheese, low-fat, 100-150 g

3. Light chicken cutlets with cottage cheese

For 4 servings:
300-400 g of chicken breast
200 g low-fat cottage cheese
1 onion
1 egg
Pepper, salt to taste

4. Salad with tuna and egg

a can of tuna in its own juice (80 g)
1 boiled egg
lettuce leaves
a tomato
cucumber

5. Fish soup

For 1 serving will be required:

salmon (salmon, trout) -70 gr.
pangasius-70 g.
broccoli, only her leaves, without a cob-35 gr.
carrot-25 gr.
leeks (light part) -25 gr.
olive oil-3 g.

Eggs — 2 pcs.
Natural yoghurt — 4 tbsp.
Brocolli 100-150g
Sweet red or yellow pepper — 0,5 pcs.
Small onion — 1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes — 4 pcs.
Garlic — 0.5 cloves
Greenery

All vegetables chopped
Onion and garlic. Add the mixture of vegetables and put out five minutes. Eggs beat well with a whisk with yoghurt. Pour the mixture, cover and bring to the ready!
