Chicken eggs are a source of useful and valuable for the body proteins, fats, as well as various vitamins: A, B. B6, D and E. The most rich in vitamins yolk.

mushrooms (preferably champignons) — 300 g
egg — 5 pcs.
flour — 2 tbsp. l.
salt, black ground pepper — to taste
butter (fat for roasting) — 2 tbsp.
mineral water (still) — 1/4 cup
green onions, parsley greens — to taste.

mushrooms finely chop, mix with greens, spices and fry. For the omelette, separate the proteins from the yolks and whisk them thoroughly (squirrels). Mix the yolks with water, add flour, mix until a thick mixture is formed. Then mix it with proteins and toasted mushrooms. Bake an omelette on a greased frying pan or oil.
