Tender chicken meat in a crispy puff pastry.

Ingredients:
250 g of flour
100 g of oil
700 g of chicken (2 legs)
200 g of onion
yolk for greasing
sesame for sprinkling (optional)

pepper


Samsa is a very popular dish of Central Asian cuisine. Often prepared from mutton c by adding fatty fat, as well as from chicken, pumpkin, greens. Dough for samsa is mainly used puff. To make such a dough — usually first mix the flour with water, then roll the resulting dough into a very thin transparent layer over the entire width of the table, lubricate with oil or grease, carefully wrap it in a roll. In general, the occupation is not simple.
I decided to try to make a puff pastry for samsa in a simplified way, and I did not lose it — the samsa turned out magnificent — a thin crispy puff pastry and a delicate chicken flavored filling. It turns out 14 pieces.

Preparation:
Prepare the dough.
In the container, put the flour and 1/3 tsp. salt.
There also grate on a large grater oil (from the refrigerator).
Periodically mix it with flour, so that the pieces do not stick together.

Stir well, pour 100 ml of cold water.
Hands to dough the dough into a ball (do not knead for a long time).
Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.

Cooking stuffing.
Peel onion, cut very finely.

From the thighs cut the meat, and cut it finely (do not remove the fat, so that Samsa turned out juicier). Of 700 g, I got about 500 grams of chicken meat.

In the bowl, put onions, chicken, salt (I put 1/2 tsp), pepper well.
Mix.

We sculpt samsa.
Divide the dough in half and return one part to the refrigerator.
From the second part roll down the thick sausage and cut it into 7 pieces.

Stir each piece of dough with your hands.
Then roll in a thin circle with a diameter of about 12 cm (if necessary, pour the flour).

In the middle lay a large slide fillings.

Raise the two edges, blind them together.

Raise the third edge, blind.

It is also good to press down the corners.

Turn over, we get a pointed triangle.
Then repeat the same for the rest of the test.

Obtained blanks put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
To the yolk, add a spoonful of water, shake. Lubricate the blanks.

Top with a little sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Put the oven in a preheated oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes until light golden surface.

Samsa is very tasty when hot.
