Sour cream — 2.5 cups
Soda — 1 tsp.

Strawberries — 800-900 g
Powdered sugar — 1 glass

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Whisk the yolks with sugar. Then add sour cream and melted butter. Mix with a mixer. Add the flour mixed with soda. Mix again.
