Tartlets from potatoes with chicken fillet with garlic-cheese sauce


— Chicken fillet — 700 g

— Mayonnaise — 200 g

— Garlic — 3 cloves

— Potatoes — 6-8 pieces (large)

— Cheese — 100-200 g

— Green onions

— Salt


1. Chicken fillet cut into medium cubes. In the pan, pour the water (about a glass), add the mayonnaise and put pieces of chicken fillet. Salt. Stew under the lid 30 min. Add chopped garlic. The filling for tartlets is ready.

2. Now we will clean the potatoes. Cleaned, washed. Three potatoes on a grater-scraper. Do not forget to salt!

3. Next, take the molds for cupcakes. For example, with non-stick coating. We grease them well with sunflower oil.

4. Spread the grated raw potatoes in the molds, so that it was in the form of baskets. In the middle we spread chicken with garlic.

5. We put in a preheated oven (temperature ~ 240 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.

6. While the tartlets are sitting in the oven, the three cheese is on a grater and cut the green onions. Cheese and onions are mixed.

7. After 20-25 minutes, take the tartlets from the oven and sprinkle them on top with cheese and onions.

8. Once again we send them to the oven, for 5-10 minutes.
