Strawberry charlotte

Peach Savoyardi (the recipe below). With this recipe, bake 2 cakes with a diameter of 15 cm, spreading the dough on a baking tray with a confectionery bag or a bag with a cut tip, and the actual biscuits for the edges of the cake.

for mousse:
