Salad «Birch Grove»

-griby mushrooms — 200 g

-luk onions — 1 pc

-kurinoe fillets — 300-400 g

-yaytsa — 3 pieces

-ogurtsy fresh — 2 pieces

-chernosliv — 100 g

-mayonez

-greenery.

 

Chicken boil until tender in salted water.

Cook hard-boiled eggs. Prunes soak with warm water and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Then drain the water and dry prunes. Onion finely chopped.

Mushrooms cut into cubes or strips. Fry the onion in vegetable oil,

then add the mushrooms and fry together ~ 7-10 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
