Ingredients:
— 5 pieces of pork chop
— 1 onion head
— 1 carrot


— 1 Bulgarian pepper
— 1 bunch of parsley
— dried oriental spices
— salt
— pepper
— vegetable oil — for frying

Preparation:
1. grate carrots, chop the onions and bell peppers finely.

3. Wash meat, dry it.
