Raspberry cocktail


raspberry — 300 grams

milk — 500 milliliters

Ice cream — 200 grams

sugar — three tablespoons

Cooking method :

Raspberries we will sort out, we shall wash and we will discuss with the help of a paper napkin. Then put in a saucepan, add sugar and put on a weak fire, then bring to a boil and rub raspberries through a sieve.

In the cooled raspberries we will add milk and ice cream. We’ll take it all in 3 minutes, after which we’ll pour into high glasses and serve with a straw.
