Ingredients:
— 1 pack. puff pastry
— 100 g of powdered sugar
— 2 egg whites
— 1 pinch of citric acid

 

 

Preparation:
1. Each plate of thawed puff pastry is rolled to a rectangle and cut into long strips approximately 2.5 cm thick
2.if there are no nozzles for tubes, then we cut out triangles from foil or baking paper, from which we turn off the small pieces
3. Wrap each strip around its tubule, starting from the narrow end of the tube and laying it down on a greased baking sheet
4. On top of each tube grease with whipped yolk
5. Bake in a heated to 180 C oven for 20-25 minutes
6. Meanwhile, we prepare a protein cream: whisk the proteins with sugar powder and a pinch of citric acid to strong peaks to white
7. Transfer the protein cream into the confectionery syringe and fill it with tubes
6. Sprinkle sugar powder on top
