Protein roll — the perfect dinner!

Ingredients:

Egg of chicken — 1 piece

Egg white-2 pcs.

Milk — 50g

Chicken Breast — 100g

Bulgarian pepper — 1/2 pcs

Onion — 1 pc. (Medium)

Salt, pepper — to taste

Preparation:

1) Egg, egg whites and milk.

2) Prepare the scrambled eggs in a hot frying pan in a small amount of olive oil (or without oil on an anti-stick frying pan).

3) Chicken breast cut into very small cubes, or chop the blender into minced meat.

4) Peel onion, peel and chop the Bulgarian pepper. Cut everything into small cubes.

5) Frying pan with non-stick coating, heat, grease a small amount of olive oil (or without it, on water), fry onion, chicken and bell pepper with the addition of Provencal herbs, pepper and salt until cooked.

6) On an omelette put stuffing from chicken with vegetables and twist it into a roll.
