Pear 2 pcs, Puff pastry 200 g, Sugar cane 30 g, Egg 1 pc


Cooking method

1. Cut a ripe sweet pear in half, remove the core. From above make strips-notches.

2. Finished puff pastry slightly roll out, put the top of the pear and cut with a knife superfluous, retreating one and a half centimeter from the edge of the pear. Lubricate the dough whipped with a pinch of sugar egg. Sprinkle the dough and the pear (in the notches) with sugar cane.

3. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes — until golden brown.
