Chicken on vegetables

ingredients:
— 3 chicken thighs
— 300 grams of cabbage
— 2 onions
— 2 carrots
— 1 tomato
— 1 bell pepper
— 2-3 cloves of garlic
— 4-5 Art. tablespoons mayonnaise
— salt pepper

1. thighs with salt, sprinkle with pepper, spread with mayonnaise and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
2. Cabbage finely chop.
3. Onions cut into half rings.
4. Carrots cut into circles.
5. Pepper cut into long strips.
6. Tomato close-cut circles.
7. In a baking dish put layers of vegetables: onions, carrots, cabbage, garlic, salt, pepper, tomatoes. Top with chicken. Bake in the oven at 180 for about an hour. At the end sprinkle with herbs.
