▪For cakes:
5 eggs
5-6 tablespoons Sahara
2 tsp. baking powder
5-6 tbsp flour with a slide
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Eggs beat up with sugar for about 8-10 minutes. Sift the flour and baking powder, mix the top with the spatula from the bottom, so that the dough does not settle. Add oil and mix again. Bake on 160 gr. about 40 minutes.
