Delicate  Meatballs with rice and creamy sauce

 Delicate  Meatballs with rice and creamy sauce in the oven.

 

Delicate meatballs, just melt in your mouth, with a nice creamy sauce, baked in the oven.


Ingredients for the meatballs:
600g minced beef,
600g minced pork,
1 cup rice
2 onions,
1 egg,
½ cup water (or liquid cream)
3 teaspoons of salt,
2 cloves garlic,
1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Creamy sauce:
3-4 tablespoons butter,
3 large carrots,
2-3 onions,
5 tablespoons of tomato paste,
3 tablespoons flour
5 cups chicken broth,
½ cup heavy cream,
salt and pepper.
Recipe for meatballs:
Cook rice until half: we bring water to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes, drain the water and give a little cool. Three carrots on a medium grater, shred the onion for stuffing, cut into half rings for the gravy, garlic, shred or passed through the press.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl.
Lepim meatballs — about 2 tablespoons each minced. When sculpting the hands, moisten your hands with water and meatballs will not stick.
Place in baking dish.
Prepare a creamy gravy. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the onion and simmer about 5 minutes.
Add the carrots and cook, covered for 5 minutes, until carrots are softened. Added in the future gravy tomato paste and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the warm chicken broth in small portions, stirring the sauce. Cook the gravy for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the cream. Seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour gravy into shape with meatballs.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes.
Serve meatballs are possible, and as a separate dish (as in enough rice croquettes) and garnished with watering his delicious creamy sauce.
