Orange Creamy Ice Cream Cake

 

Cake layer:

120 gr. flour
100 gr. Sahara
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
2 egg whites
vanilla extract 1.5 tsp
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup of milk
3 tablespoons hot water
3 tablespoons orange jelly (orange)
Ice Cream Layer:
300 gr. cream cheese, soft
150 gr. Sahara
60 ml. milk
300 gr. whipped cream, chilled
50-60 gr. a packet of orange jelly, not less than 3 tablespoons.
2 tablespoons of hot water
Vanilla extract — 2 tsp.
Additional Ingredients:
200 ml. whipped cream, chilled
orange slices of candy
orange gel for color

Prepare a split form 20-22 cm.
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the form and sides with oil and lay out the parchment paper on the bottom.
2. Mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl.

Add butter, egg whites, vanilla, sour cream and milk and
stir at medium speed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. But not

Building a cake
1. Lay the parchment paper, on the sides of the mold to the very top and the circle on the bottom of the mold.
2. Place a layer of cake in the bottom of the pan.
3. Put a layer of vanilla ice cream on top and spread it evenly.
4. Then put a layer of orange ice cream and distribute it evenly.
5. Put the ice cream cake froze completely for 6-8 hours.
6. After freezing, remove the mold edge and remove the parchment paper.

On top, cover the whole cake with evenly chilled whipped cream. You

Decorate the top with whipped cream around the edge of the cake and lay out slices of orange sweets.
