Mousse dessert «Berry stump»

Biscuit
4 eggs for egg yolks
120 g of sugar
100 g of flour
20 g of starch

Dry ingredients sift in one bowl

Berry puree

Prepare a biscuit base

Soak biscuit syrup (lemon juice, sugar, water-boil)

Mousse
250 g of natural yogurt
250 ml of creamy cream
3/4 cup (200 ml) of powdered sugar
100 ml of berry puree without sugar
1 item of gelatin
Dissolve the gelatin in the mashed potatoes as the swollen-heat mixture until the gelatin is dissolved
Beat cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks
Combine yogurt and cream, gently pour the gelatin-mix
Put mousse on «berry truffles»
We put in the cold before solidification

Berry jelly
2 teaspoons of gelatin, 50 g of water-dissolve gelatin, then warm until dissolved
Add the gelatin in 250 grams of sweet mashed-mix
Pour the jelly onto the frozen mousse-leave in the cold for the night
Decoration
«Berry truffles», chocolate leaves, blackberries
