Chicken breast or fillet — 1 piece (about 300-400 gr)
Champignons — 300 gr
Potatoes — 2-3 pcs.
Pickled cucumbers — 2-3 pcs.
Green onions — to taste

Salt, pepper black ground — to taste
Sour cream — 2/3 cup
Mustard — 1 teaspoon
Olive oil — 2-3 tbsp. Spoons


Cook chicken meat until cooked, remove from broth and cool.
Wash and boil «in uniform» potatoes. Cool and clean.
Mushrooms are washed, dried and chopped.
Fry the mushrooms until light golden in a well-heated frying pan with olive oil.
At the end of frying, season the mushrooms with salt, cover with a lid and set aside. Chicken meat cut into small pieces.
Also do with the potatoes.
And salted cucumber.
Wash, dry and chop the green onions.
Combine all the ingredients. Add the sour cream mixed with mustard, black pepper and salt. Mix. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour or so. Garnish with greenery
