Low-calorie fruit dessert

A small recipe for low-calorie dessert, for lovers of fruit delicacies and absolutely unwilling to part with their figure.

Preparing a fruit dessert based on sour cream, so it resembles the taste of cottage cheese with a mixed still life.

 

Ingredients:

sour cream (10%) — 800 gr.,

gelatine — 20 gr.,

sugar — 1 item,

fruit (I had a banana, a mandarin, a kiwi, a pear, a strawberry).

The recipe for dessert:

Gelatin is diluted to complete dissolution. Cool until a thick liquid mass is obtained.

In the cooled gelatin we add sour cream and sugar, mix. In the mold, fill half the gelatinous mass, then spread the cut fruits in small pieces (in any order). Strawberries are desirable to halve and add more than all other components.

From the top we pour the remains of gelatinous mass and send it to the refrigerator until it is completely congealed
