Homemade lemon marmalade


✔ 120 ml of water
✔ 400 g of sugar
✔ 1 packet of gelatin
✔ 60 ml cold boiled water
✔ 180 ml lemon juice (3-4 lemons)
✔ several spoons of sugar for decoration


1. Take three large lemons. We remove the zedra and dry it (we need it for making other candies, which I’ll talk about later).
2. Gelatin pour 60 ml of cold boiled water and leave it to soak (for 5-10 minutes).
400 g of sugar and 120 ml of water are mixed and sent to the fire. Bring to a boil and boil a bit.
3. Remove the syrup from the heat and add gelatin to it.
4. Pour the lemon juice, which we filter through a sieve. Aroma liquid, which will soon be marmalade, mix and pour into the mold.
5. Cover the form with a lid and send it to the refrigerator (or any other cold place) for 2 hours.
6. Finished marmalade cut into cubes, which are dipped in sugar from all sides.
7. Enjoy a fragrant homemade marmalade and treat their relatives. Here it is — pleasure from sweets! Here it is — a beautiful natural color of sweets without dyes!
