Buns — 2 pcs.

Champignons — 200 g

Chicken breast — 1 pc.

Onion — 1 pc.

Sour cream — 2 tbsp. l.

Cheese hard — 70 g

Salt — to taste

Pepper — to taste



1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Champignons clean and rinse. Peel the bulb from the peel. Cook the chicken breast until cooked in salted water. Champignons cut into small cubes.

2. Finely chop the onion. Put the mushrooms together with the onion in a frying pan, add a little vegetable oil. Fry until the liquid released from the mushrooms evaporates.

3. In the meantime, chop the boiled chicken breast finely.

4. Send the chicken in the frying pan to the mushrooms, also add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry the mass for 5-7 minutes.

5. Trim the caps from the buns, take out the crumb. Fill the buns with the prepared stuffing. Top with plenty of grated cheese. During baking, the cheese melts, forming a beautiful golden cap.

6. Bake julienne in buns for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180ºC.
