For a biscuit test:
6 proteins
70 g of sugar
60 g of starch
5 yolks
60 g flour

3 yolks
180 g of sugar

To prepare the dough:

For the preparation of cream:

Beat butter with vanilla until creamy consistency (I took vanillin)

Beat eggs, yolks and sugar in a water bath (I whisked for 5-6 minutes). remove from the plate and beat again (whisked for 1 minute)

Stir the egg mass to the oil (I beat the mixer for 1 minute)

Cut the half-and-half balls (I joined the two halves) with cream filling using a pastry bag and put them together. Put in kholodiilnik to freeze (I did not put)

grease a warm apricot jam with the addition of rum (I heated apricot jam and a little water and stirred well)
