Ingredients:

Chicken fillet — 400 g
Chinese cabbage — 200 g
Cucumber — 1 piece.
Sweet pepper — 2 pcs.
Yoghurt — 200 g
Olive oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Tomatoes — 4 pcs.
Eggs of chicken — 2 pcs.
Salt — to taste
Black pepper — to taste

Preparation:

1. Chicken fillet cut into not too thick pieces (each weighing about 100 g). Slightly beat off with a hammer. Salt and pepper. Fry in a frying pan in 1 tbsp. l. olive oil until cooked. Remove the meat from the frying pan and allow to cool.
2. Pork cabbage (only leaves) to tear to pieces. Cucumber and sweet pepper cut into strips. Lay the vegetables on cabbage, season to taste.

4. Prepare a dressing: mix natural yogurt, 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt and pepper.
