Ingredients

— chicken fillet — 540 g
-yogurt — 170 g
-Cucumber sliced ​​- 100 g
-small chopped green onions -100 g
-cut fresh mint-2 tsp.
-salt, ground black pepper- to taste

Preparation

1) In a medium-sized bowl, mix the yogurt, spring onions, salt and 1/8 tsp. black pepper. Half of the resulting mixture is poured into a small bowl and set aside.
2) To prepare the sauce, add the finely chopped cucumber to the yoghurt mixture.
3) Chicken fillet season with 1/8 tsp. ground pepper.
4) Bake the fillet on the grill for 12-15 minutes (until cooked). After 6-7 minutes, grease them with the remaining yoghurt mixture and turn over.
