Start the process

First of all, we take a split form and cover it with a bottom of baking paper.
Pre-thawed strawberries are sent to the bowl of the blender and crushed. If there is a fresh berry, then we use it.
Now you need to sift the flour and combine it with a baking powder, soda and salt. whisk is mixed all.
In another container we send softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Using a mixer, whisk all for one minute. Now add the eggs here. They should be at room temperature and continue the process for another 2-3 minutes. We send here a prepared strawberry puree and a few drops of dye. Once again, whisk all and combine with flour mixture. Now everything is mixed well with a spoon until uniform.
we take the prepared form and pour the dough here, spread it and send it to the oven, preheated to 160 degrees, for half an hour. After the required time, we take out the finished cake and leave it in shape for a quarter of an hour. then we extract and send it to the lattice to cool completely.
Now we are going to prepare a light crust. For this, in a separate container we sift the flour and add baking powder and salt. Mix the corolla. in another container we send softened butter, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. We beat everything using a mixer for one minute. Then also add eggs at room temperature and continue the whipping process for another three minutes. At the end, pour in the milk. it should be at room temperature and once again mix well. Then combine with flour mixture and again stir to a homogeneous dough.
We take the prepared form and pour the dough here. We spread it and send it to the oven, preheated to 160 degrees, for half an hour. at the end of the required time we take out the finished cake and leave it in the form for a quarter of an hour. Then we remove and send it to the lattice to cool completely.
Now, in the same way, we prepare the chocolate cake, replacing part of the flour with cocoa.
After that it is required to trim the tops of the cooled cakes.
we are going to prepare a strawberry filling. To do this, pour gelatin with cold water, mix and leave for swelling. In a saucepan or pot, we send strawberry puree and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and rash sugar. stir well and continue to cook for another minute. Then pour into a separate container and add the swollen gelatin. Mix it until it dissolves completely. Now let’s cool down.
We prepare syrup for impregnation. for this, granulated sugar is poured with boiling water and mixed until the sugar dissolves completely. We leave to cool down.
We are going to prepare the cream. To do this in a separate container combine sour cream with powdered sugar and vanillin. Beat until stable weight, using a mixer.
Now we send the prepared cream and strawberry stuffing to the confectionery bags.
We gather our cake. On the dish, first of all put the chocolate cake. We impregnate it with syrup. After that we distribute the cream, and between it — strawberry stuffing. Now cover with strawberry cake and repeat the layers. then we place a light crust, soak it with syrup and grease with cream.
Using a grater, rub the chocolate and decorate the edge of the cake with it.
