Curd-yoghurt jelly with fruit / berries

Curd-yoghurt jelly with fruit / berries

INGREDIENTS:
● cottage cheese (soft, pasty) -300 g
● yoghurt-200 g
● Milk -190-200 gr
● sugar-60-100 gr
● gelatin -20 g
● optional: apples peeled -100 gr
● cherry-50-100 gr
● multi-colored jelly

PREPARATION:
Combine sugar, cottage cheese and yogurt and pierce the blender to a creamy state. Gelatin pour the milk and let stand for 30 minutes, so that it is well swollen. Then put the gelatin with milk on the fire and bring to a boil, but do not boil! (I dissolve into the microwave). Gelatine should dissolve completely. Let it cool to warm. Pour gelatin into a small amount of curd mass, mix. Combine with the remaining mass of cottage cheese. All mix well. Divide the mass into 2 parts.

In one add cocoa / kerob (approximately 1 tablespoon). Cut apples smaller, cover with sugar and cinnamon and boil for several minutes. Depending on what kind of dishes you plan to serve dessert, you can make it more interesting. In wide kremankah you can pour horizontally, in glasses / glasses-at an inclination. Put some of the curd mass on the bottom of the croissant. In the center — a few apples, leave to cool in the holock. Next, you can vary with the ‘colored’ jellies. I used jelly with kiwi to form a ‘line of transition.’

After hardening, cover the curd mass of a different color. Send it back to the fridge so that the dessert is well frozen. In the glasses put some of the curd mass and fix the dishes under a slope in the fridge. After solidifying the layer, fill the next one. For the contrast of taste, I put a few cherries in the center of the glass. The top layer is made from orange jelly. The dessert turned out not cloying, different and original

Hello! I — blogger, love of God and people. Food — it is certainly good and well, but we must remember that in front of us waiting for eternity and where we spend it, depends only on us!
Everyone in some sins, but the severity of this sin saved us JESUS CHRIST!
And if we repent of our sins and call upon his heart and Christ, we shall be saved from hell, which is prepared for the devil, but the devil does not want to go there himself and tempts people to sin. But God loves us, because he gave for us on the death of the most precious thing he had — his Son Jesus.
Pray a prayer: Heavenly Father! I ask you — I’m sorry, I repent of my sins, because I lived without you. Jesus Christ, come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior, make me be what You want me to. I thank thee that in eternity I will be with you! Amen.
