Cottage cheese — 200 g

Flour — 230 g
Butter — 150 g
Baking powder — 2 tsp.
Candied fruits — 100 g
Apples are large — 3 pcs.
Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) — 1 tbsp.
Sugar powder — 1 tbsp.


Cooking process:

The finished pie is removed from the oven, removed from the mold and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
The cake turns out to be very delicate, with a slightly moist top, due to juicy apples.
