Cream brulee with fruit

Ingredients:

Egg yolks — 2 pcs.

Sugar — 2 tbsp. l.

Cream 33% — 120 ml

Pulp of vanilla pod (can be replaced with vanilla sugar) — 1 pc.

Preparation:

1. Mix yolks with sugar and quickly mix whisk, but do not whisk.

2.We put the cream in a saucepan, add vanilla to them and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Filter through a fine sieve.

3. We mix cream with yolks, quickly mix and dispense on fire-resistant molds. Will go even an ordinary glass jar.

4. Preheat the oven to 120 ° C. in a deep form for baking put molds with creme brulee and pour into a large form of hot water so that it reaches the middle of the small ones.

5. Bake for about 1 hour. Ready-made creme brulee slightly shakes in the middle.

6. We take out, cool a bit and send the dessert for 3 hours in the refrigerator
