Ingredients:
Brownie:
226 g unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder


340 g chocolate, finely chopped
60 ml freshly cooked espresso
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

4 large eggs
65 g flour

240 ml creamy whipping cream (35%)
4 teaspoons of soluble espresso (powder)
1 tablespoon honey / treacle / corn syrup
280 g of bitter chocolate, finely chopped

Preparation:
Brownie.
Oven heat up to 180 ° C. Shape 20 cm x 5 cm grease with plenty of butter, cover with baking paper. Paper from above also lightly oil and sprinkle cocoa.
340 g of chocolate melt along with the oil in a water bath (make sure that the bowl in which chocolate and butter melts does not touch water). Remove from heat and stir. Mix espresso, cocoa and vanilla until the cocoa is completely dissolved. Add this mixture to the melted and mix.
