Sugar — 1 item,
starch — 2 tablespoons,
Eggs — 2 pcs.,
Egg yolk — 2 pcs.,
Lemon juice — 3 pieces.,
Lemon zest — 1 pc.,
Butter — 6 tbsp.
For cream:
whipped cream 30% — 600 ml.,
mascarpone cheese — 250 g,
2 tablespoons of cream cheese, for example Philadelphia,
3 tablespoons sugar,
1/2 cup dried coconut.
For impregnation and decoration:
Water — 1/2 tbsp.,
Lemon juice — 1 tablespoon,
Sugar powder — 1 tablespoon,
Coconut shaving — 1 cup (200 ml.).
— How to cook::
We set the oven at 170C.
Cooking sponge cake:

We collect the cake:
Biscuit cake cut into 4 parts (the layers must be thin!), Pierce all the cakes with a fork, impregnate with impregnation (mix water, lemon juice and powdered sugar).
