CHOCOLATE ROLL WITH STYROM

INGREDIENTS:

For the test:

● eggs 3

● flour 3 tbsp. with a slide

● good quality cocoa 2 tbsp.

● baking powder 1/2 tsp.

● 2 tablespoons sugar

For filling:

● cottage cheese 400 gr.

● egg 1

● 3 tablespoons sugar

● cream of any fat content of 50 ml

● powdered sugar for the top

PREPARATION:

Mix in the blender ingredients for the filling. Pour into a baking sheet covered with parchment for baking.

For the test: beat the yolks with sugar, add flour and baking powder. Beat the proteins to the peaks, gently mix them into the egg-flour mix. Place the dough on top of the curd filling, by the edges of the cottage cheese about 1 cm. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 180C. Baking tray with the finished biscuit covered with a clean towel, turn the biscuit over the towel stuffing up, remove the paper and immediately roll the roll (cottage cheese inside)
