Chocolate-curd cake has won me an exquisite combination. Gentle, crumbly, chocolate layer and cream curd create a delicious harmonious duet!


For the chocolate layer:
chocolate — 100 g;
butter — 100 g;
sugar — 100 g;
flour — 100 g;
cocoa — 2 tbsp. l .;
egg — 2 pieces;
baking powder — 0,5 tsp;
Vanillin — 1 packet;
salt — pinch.
For the curd layer:
cottage cheese — 200 g;
sugar — 2 tbsp. l .;
egg — 1 piece;
Vanillin — 1 package.
Chocolate to break into pieces, melt along with butter.
Whisk eggs with sugar and salt.
Combine the chocolate-oil mixture with the beaten eggs.
Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder. Put together all the ingredients.
For curd filling carefully mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar and vanillin.
At the bottom of the form put a little chocolate dough, on top in several places — half the curd mass.
Repeat the layers, the top should be a chocolate dough. Wooden skewers make a divorce.
Bake a chocolate-curd cake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool on the grate.
Very delicious, delicate chocolate cake pie is ready.
