white sugar 1 glass
vanilla extract (for dough) 1 tsp.
vanilla extract (for cream) 1 tsp.
cocoa 3/4 cup
kefir 1 glass

coffee (soluble in granules) 1 tbsp. l.
corn syrup (can be replaced with honey or molasses) 3/4 cup
milk chocolate 180 g
flour 2 cups
sugar powder 1 glass
light brown sugar 1 glass
butter (for cream) 300 g
butter (for dough) 250 g
soda 1 tsp.
salt 1/2 tsp.
chocolate (unsweetened) 180 g
eggs 4 pcs.

First, prepare the dough for the cupcakes: put the chocolate in the microwave and melt.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, soda, coffee.
In a separate bowl, beat up the fluffy consistency of sugar (both types) and butter.

then add vanilla and warm chocolate.
Add the dry ingredients and kefir.
Put the dough into molds, previously lined with parchment paper and oiled.
Cook for 20-25 minutes in the oven, heated to 175 degrees.
Meanwhile, cook the cream: melt the milk chocolate.
Mix the butter, sugar powder, cocoa and a pinch of salt.
Add the vanilla extract and corn syrup. Stir and pour in the warm chocolate.
On warm cupcakes, apply glaze and try .
