Ingredients for 12 cupcakes:
90 gr. dark chocolate (70% cocoa), melt
120 gr. wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of soda

115 g. butter, room temperature

2 large eggs
Vanilla sugar or vanilla
125 ml. thick sour cream
1/4 cup water
For merengue:
3 large protein
1 and 3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
For chocolate glaze:
360 gr. dark chocolate
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

All ingredients should be at room temperature.
In the bowl of a mixer, whip butter until light and airy mass at the end of whipping add sugar and whip.
Mix flour with baking powder, soda and salt. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, lightly cool.
In the mixture of oil, slowly pour the melted cooled chocolate. Add eggs, one by one, mixing after each addition.
Add the vanilla and mix. Add the cream, stir. Add half flour mixture.
Add 1/4 cup water, the rest of the flour mixture and mix only until the combination.

Prepare the form for baking cupcakes (12 pieces), insert paper molds.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes, until a so-called dry stick (bake until 35 minutes).
