Chocolate cakes-rolls

Ingredients:

Dough:

Eggs of chicken — 3 pcs.

Flour — 2 tbsp. l.

Cocoa — 2 tbsp. l.

Baking Powder — 0.5 tsp.

Powdered sugar — 2 tbsp. l.

Filling:

Cheese creamy — 200 g

Butter — 100 g

Powdered sugar — 2 tbsp. l.

Additionally:

Powdered sugar with cinnamon — 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

1. Squirrels separated from yolks and beat them with powdered sugar.

2. Mix the yolks and sifted dry ingredients with proteins.

3. Cover the pan with paper, pour the dough into it, smooth it.

4. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

5. Turn the cake over a damp towel, moisten the paper with water and remove it from the cake.

6. Cut the cakes into 2 parts, roll both parts with a towel into a roll, cool.

7. Mix the ingredients well for the filling.

8. Put the filling on the cakes, roll into rolls and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

9. Chop the chopped rolls into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar with cinnamon.
