Ingredients

Butter — 200 g.
Dark chocolate is 100 g.
Eggs — 3 pieces.
White chocolate — 100 g.
Flour — 130 g.
Sugar — 100 g.
Vanilla sugar — 1 packet.
Baking powder — 2 tsp.
Dates — 130 g.
Walnuts — 130 g.
Salt is a pinch.
brandy — 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

Step 1 Dark chocolate and butter melt in a water bath or on low heat. Allow to cool slightly.
Step 3 Eggs beat with sugar and vanilla until lush. Introduce the chocolate mixture and cognac. Add flour sifted with salt and baking powder. pour chopped nuts and dates. Stir the dough thoroughly and put it into a mold with a diameter of 20-22 cm.
Step 4 Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Step 5 Decorate the finished cake with chocolate glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
step 6 This cake can also be baked in the multivarquet in BAKING mode for 65 minutes.
