Chocolate cake-mousse «Black currant-coffee»

sugar 80 g

cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
water 65 ml
flour 50 g

water 150 ml
sugar 100 g
gelatin 1 ½ tbsp. l.
Creamy and coffee mousse
curd cheese 400g
cream 33-35% 300 ml
powdered sugar 150 g
gelatin 20 g
water 125 ml
coffee soluble 2 tsp.
Cooking method:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Dissolve the cocoa in hot water. Cool it down. it turns out quite the same thick mass.

Melt the swollen gelatin over medium heat. And mix it with cream. Quickly and well mix!
Divide mousse into two parts, add instant coffee to the water.
