Chicken with pineapple and cheese


Chicken thighs — 8 pcs.

Hard cheese — 250 g

Home-made mayonnaise — 4-5 tbsp. l.

Pineapple canned in circles — 8 pcs.

Salt — to taste

Black pepper — to taste

Curry — to taste


1. From the thighs remove the skin and carve a bone. The fillet from the thigh is cut in half. Slightly salt, sprinkle with spices and, adding a tablespoon of fat homemade mayonnaise, put it for an hour in the refrigerator.

2. Three on a small grater cheese

3. We open the jar with pineapple, drain the juice.

4. Lightly grease the baking tray with vegetable oil, so that the meat does not stick during the frying. We lay out pieces of chicken on a baking sheet, trying to keep them not tight, but also without gaps.

5. For each piece of meat — on a ring of pineapple.

6. Sprinkle the chicken and pineapple with grated cheese. Completely and without omissions. So that neither meat, nor pineapple could be seen. From above you can have some mayonnaise. But even without it, the chicken turns out to be wonderful.

7. We put in the oven, at a temperature of 180ºC. The chicken is cooked for 30-40 minutes. As soon as the chicken is browned and the meat is ready — we get it.
