Cake with creamy caramel

For chocolate mixture:
250 g of dark chocolate,
100 g of white chocolate (finely tune),
1 glass of cream,
4 tbsp. spoon margarine or butter (cut into pieces).

For biscuit:
12 large eggs (to separate the yolks from proteins),
1 cup of granulated sugar,
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar,
1.3 cups of flour,
3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter or margarine.

For caramel:
1/3 cup of sugar,
1 tbsp. a spoonful of margarine or butter,
1 tbsp. a spoonful of freshly squeezed lemon juice,
30 g chocolate (melt).

Chocolate mixture. mix the black and white chocolate. Cream warm to a boil. Pour into a bowl with a chocolate mixture. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Mix with a wooden spoon until the chocolate melts (you can put the mixture on a water bath). add margarine (or butter) and stir again. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Stir with a spatula until the mixture thickens. Biscuit. Mixer at high speed whisk yolks from 1/2 cup sugar to lemon color for about 10 minutes. Add the vanilla.
