Cake sour cream jelly 

Ingredients:
720 ml. sour cream 12%
3 packages of jelly (different colors)
sugar (to taste)


Additionally:
1.5 packs of cookies
50 gr. butter
200 ml cream 30%, beat up

chop the cookies into a crumb, add the melted butter and mix thoroughly. (see 18 cm) and press firmly. Put in the refrigerator.
Each jelly is dissolved in 200 ml. hot water. Leave to cool down. In sour cream add sugar (according to your taste). then divide the sour cream into approximately equal parts.
Combine the cooled jelly with sour cream, and leave a little to thicken.
Then pour one of the iron onto the layer of cookies and put in the fridge, for about 15 minutes, before pouring the next one. then fill the last layer and put in the refrigerator to freeze.
Before serving, decorate the top with whipped cream.
