Cake Kinder Pingwee

Ingredients:
Biscuit:
5 medium eggs
100 gr. Sahara
120 gr. flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons milk (room temperature)


Cream:
500 ml cream (30-36%)
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
250 g mascarpone cheese
2 teaspoons gelatin
Glaze:
200 gr. chocolate (100 g dark and 100 grams of milk)
50 gr. butter
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

whisk the proteins to hard peaks, gradually add sugar and whisk until completely dissolved, then add one egg yolk and whisk until a combination. Then pour in butter and milk, quickly mix. At the end, gradually sift to the mass of flour, baking powder and cocoa and gently stir with a spoon.
pour the dough into a split shape (diameter 26 cm) laid with parchment paper on the bottom. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Ready biscuit to cool in the form for 10 minutes, then gently separate from the edge of the form with a knife and remove the ring shape and leave the biscuit completely cool.

Chilled cream whipped to hard peaks, adding sugar powder and vanilla sugar.
Maskarpone whipped to a creamy mass, and then add to whipped cream and gently mix.
Gelatin, pour a small amount of boiled water (can be cold or warm) in a small bowl. Put in hot water and mix until gelatin is completely dissolved. remove from the water bath, add 1 tablespoon of the cream, mix, then add completely to the cream, quickly mix, so the mixture quickly freezes.

Chocolate to break into pieces and together with other ingredients for glaze place in a small saucepan. place it in a hot water bath and heat until all ingredients are dissolved.
Remove and cool a little.

Cut the biscuit into two pieces.
place the bottom layer on a serving dish and top with half of the cream, flatten and pour over the chocolate glaze (a little to create a thin layer). Then put in the freezer for a few minutes. Then top apply the remaining cream and the second layer of biscuit. pour the remaining chocolate frosting and put in the refrigerator (at night).
Cake is best cut with a knife soaked in hot water.
