Cake ‘Funny snails’

Flour — 60 g
Yolk egg — 4 pieces
Egg white — 4 pcs.
Salt (pinch)
Water (steep boiling water, 4 tablespoons or) — 20 ml
Sugar — 40 g
Puree (apple without sugar) — 250 g
Fruit syrup (crimson, 50 + 100) — 150 g
Yogurt (thick Greek or low-fat thick sour cream) — 900 g
Sugar powder (to your liking) — 40 g
Gelatin (powder, 7 + 30) — 37 g
Jelly (raspberry) — 75 g
Marzipan — 30 g




1. Dissolve the jelly in 150 ml of hot water. Pour a thin layer into a container and place in the refrigerator until completely solidified.

2. Biscuit: Cover the baking sheet with 34×28 cm baking paper. Whip the whites with salt until firm peaks. Whisk the yolks with sugar. Pour boiling water, mix. Add flour and shovel. In two ways, connect the proteins with yolks by the method of folding from bottom to top and in a circle.

3. The finished dough flows from the blade with a ribbon.

4. Pour the dough on a baking tray and spread with a spatula.

9. Place the ring 20 cm in diameter on the dish. To lace the bottom with slices of a roll, then place the rolls on the sides, tightly pressing them to the side of the mold. Leave 3 pieces to decorate the cake. Put in the refrigerator.

10. Cream: Soak gelatin 30 g in 50 ml of cold water. Combine yogurt with sugar powder and syrup 100 ml, mix. Cream a little sweet, if you love the message, increase the number of sugar!

11. Postpone the 4 tbsp. l. yogurt and heat. Dilute the swollen gelatin in it and combine it with the bulk, mix. Add the diced jelly, leaving a little to decorate the cake, stir.

12. Fill the cream with biscuit form. ‘To comb’ on top with a culinary scallop. Put in the refrigerator and allow to completely freeze.

13. Blow the front of the form with hot air and gently release the cake from it.

14. From marzipan 30 g make the trunk of snails and place on them rolls. You can decorate the cake with pieces of jelly, mint leaves and place on top of snails.

15. Cut the cake with a hot and dry knife with a long and thin blade.
