This is a very — very delicious cake for chocolate lovers. A delicate biscuit, a layer resembling a potato cake, an interlayer with peanut taste and a layer of soufflé — poultry milk.

• Sugar — 1/2 stack.
• Citric acid — 1/2 tsp.
• Gelatine (I have a quick-dissolving) — 10 g

• Sour cream — 3 tbsp. l.
• Sugar — 2 tbsp. l.
• Cocoa powder-3 tbsp. l.
• Butter — 30 g


For biscuit whisk mix sugar, eggs and yogurt until homogeneity. Pour out the flour sifted with cocoa and baking powder and knead the dough with a quick shovel.

Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees until firm and dry. Cool on a grate and cut in half. one half crumbled and allowed to dry a little.

While the biscuit is baking and cooling, make a layer and weld the custard. For interlayer mix and whip peanut butter (I do not have sweet) and condensed cocoa. Well, either condensed milk and cocoa powder to it.

for custard I immediately mix yolks with sugar and cold milk and put the saucepan on fire. All the while stirring with a whisk, I bring the mixture to a thickening, not giving the cream to boil.

Cream to cool to a warm state. Gelatin soak and disintegrate according to the instructions. whip the beans to soft peaks with a powder of citric acid, then, pouring a little sugar, whisk to hard peaks.

Then we work at a pace. Form a food film for the convenience of extracting the cake. Half of the cake is put in a mold. Lubricate with a layer of peanut cream.

in a warm custard add half of the dissolved gelatin, mix well. Mix the cake of biscuit with half the custard and lay it on top of the peanut cream.

In the remaining custard carefully mix whipped proteins and add the rest of gelatin. quickly evenly pour the soufflé over the cake and put it in the freezer for half an hour.

During this time, weld the glaze, mixing all the ingredients, except the oil, and warming them over medium heat until thickened with constant stirring. In the finished glaze to mix butter and cool to a warm state, sometimes stirring.

Take the cake out of the freezer and mold, put it on a dish and pour it over with a warm glaze. Remove into the refrigerator until the glaze sets.

Cut the cake better with a hot knife and treat right away from the fridge.
