Biscuit cake with cream and fruit «Delight»

I cooked my dad for the jubilee. Enough for the company in 12 people.

 

Ingredients
For biscuit:
6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 tsp soda extinguished with vinegar
4 tablespoons Cocoa powder
For cream:
2 packs of good butter
vanillin pack
380 g. condensed milk
For decoration:
500 gr. Berries
bitter chocolate

Preparation
1 hour

Beat the mixer at a low speed egg with sugar, until the foam, add flour, cocoa, soda. Lubricate the form with butter, pour the dough into it. in a preheated oven to 180 g. we put the dough for 30-40 minutes. We leave to cool down.

We beat the butter to the airy condition and add the condensed milk and vanillin, we beat the whole well.

cut the cooled biscuit into three equal layers and lubricate each cake with warm milk and then spread the cream on it. We decorate the cake to taste)
