Banana cake with caramel icing

Ingredients on the form 18-20 cm:

For a banana cake:

Butter (softened) — 250 g
Sugar powder — 500 g
Eggs — 4 pcs.
Bananas (mashed potatoes) — 4 pcs.
Vanilla extract or vanillin — 1 tsp. or 1/4 tsp.
Flour — 500 g
Soda — 2 tsp.
Salt — 1 tsp.
cinnamon — 1.5 tsp.
Kefir — 200 ml

For caramel glaze and decoration:

Sugar — 1 cup (200 ml)
Water — 4 tbsp. l.
Cream fat (from 35% fat content) — 200 ml
Butter (room temperature) — 500 g
Salt sea (to taste) — 1 tsp.
Sugar powder — 500 g
Bananas — 2 pcs.

Cooking method:

1. Put the oven on 180C and lubricate the two forms for baking with butter. In a bowl of a mixer we beat up butter or oil and a powdered powder to a light magnificent cream. We drive eggs one by one and whisk after each added.
2.add banana puree and vanilla extract. Sift the dry ingredients (flour, soda, salt, cinnamon) into a separate bowl and mix. We pour half of dry ingredients, half of kefir to oil and mix.
3.add the remaining ingredients and whisk at medium speed with a mixer until a homogenous dough is obtained. Divide the dough between two forms and bake in the oven 50-60 minutes until golden brown. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
4. We take the cakes from the oven. Cool in the forms for 8-9 minutes, and then shift to the grate and completely cool. Once the cakes have cooled, cut them with a sharp serrated knife in half. As a result, you get 4 cakes. You can cook the cakes the day before the cake is cooked. Store in a refrigerator in a sealed container.
5. we prepare caramel icing: in a small saucepan mix sugar and water. We put on an average fire and bring to a boil. Stir the mixture and wait until it turns dark amber (about 10 minutes).
6.remove from heat and gradually add fatty cream (be careful, the mixture is bubbling) whisk whisk to a homogeneous mass. We remove the mixture to the side and cool it.
7. Mix the butter with a mixer at high speed until a light, lush creamy-like state (about 3 minutes). reduce the speed to low, add gradually powdered sugar and whisk to a homogeneous mass.
8. Then add the speed of the mixer to the maximum and add sea salt to taste. Whisk the mass until a lush, bulk cream. if the mass is too soft, then put in the refrigerator for 45 minutes, if that did not help, then add more powdered sugar.
9. We collect the cake: we lubricate the first corn with caramel glaze, spread it with a confectioner’s spatula and cover with the second crust. Similarly, do with the remaining cakes.
10. Smear the cake from all sides with glaze, smooth the irregularities with a spatula or spatula. We put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut bananas into slices, sprinkle with brown sugar. We spread the bananas on a baking tray, which is covered with parchment and bake for 3-4 minutes in the grill mode. for bananas should be watched so that they are not burnt!
11. Take the bananas, cool and decorate them with the top of the cake. Immediately we serve to the table, cut into pieces and enjoy. The cake can be stored in the refrigerator for two days in an airtight container
