Baked salmon in citrus glaze


Small oranges — 2 pcs.
Small grapefruits — 2 pcs.
Lemon — 1 pc.
Honey — 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil — 3 tbsp. l.
Salmon fillet — 4 pcs.
Chopped green onion — 2 tbsp. l.
Salt — to taste


1. heat the grill to 200 ºС.
2. Citrus clear, disassemble into segments. Peel off the films and collect the juice in the bowl.
3. Mix 1 tbsp. l. juice, 1 tbsp. l. honey and 1 tbsp. l. olive oil until an emulsion is obtained. Marinate in the resulting mixture of fish for 5 minutes.
4. put in the remaining juice lobules, pour the remaining 2 tbsp. l. olive oil. Add green onion and salt. Mix well.
5. Drain the fish, put the skin down into the refractory container. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, add citrus slices and bake for another 5 minutes.
