Awesome cake ‘The Hungarian Tale’

Start the process

First of all, we are going to prepare the cakes. To do this, using a mixer, whisk egg whites to firm peaks. This process requires gradually adding 150 grams of granulated sugar.
Mix the mixture of nuts into flour. You can and slightly larger.
In a blender, grind the popcorn and send it to the protein mixture together with the prepared nuts. Using a spatula, gently mix everything.

We mix everything well until it dissolves and half of this portion is poured into the egg. Then it is required to mix everything very quickly with a whisk. In this process, add another 50 grams of flour 40 grams of starch.
After that, this mixture must be sent to the milk, which is left and put again on the fire. Waiting for the appearance of bubbles, while constantly stirring, and remove from the plate. Using a mixer, whisk another mixture for 2 minutes. Then cover with a food film and cool.
At the end of the required time, add 100 gr of softened butter and mix thoroughly with the mixer.
Take the dish for filing and place on it the first cake. It is required to glue it to the bottom with a cream.
Then, using a confectioner’s bag, place the prepared cream and cover with a second crust. Then repeat all the layers, put apricot jam on the top layer. It will be great if your jam is with pieces of fruit.
The remaining cream grease the sides of the cake and sent to the refrigerator for one hour to cool. At the same time, there should not be any foreign smells in the refrigerator, as this delicacy is saturated with foreign smells very quickly.
After the required time, take the cake and decorate the sides with almond flakes. Fill again with apricot jam.
